Welcome to Ventura Heat
Ventura Heat is a top-down racing game in the style of Monaco GP. The goal is to pass the designated number of cars in a given time to advance to the next stage. To do this, you must drive your car at breakneck speed across bending highways, trying your best to stay on the track!

System Requirments
Source Distribution:
You will need a GCC-compatible compiler, Allegro and DUMB, as well as DOS, Linux or Windows. The game needs an estimate of a p166 and good video drivers to run at a playable speed.

Windows Binary Distribution
The WinBin version needs Windows 95 or higher. Additionally, the game needs an estimate of a p166 and good video drivers to run at a playable speed. As with the Linux version, there are no guarantees.

Linux Binary Distribution
The Linux Binary is released with no guarantees. It was compiled on Debian 3 stable on an Intel processor with OSS and XFree86 support. You will also need Allegro 4, since this does not come with it. Check your CDs because Allegro comes with some distributions now. If not, check out www.allegro.cc to nab it.
